Ticks in Gmail
In your Sent folder, ✓ means tracked and sent, ✓✓ means opened, with the open count beside it. Hover the ticks to see each open time and device; click through for the full history.
Open tracking
An invisible image is added to each tracked email. When the recipient's email app loads it we record the time and device. Your own views are ignored automatically: opens in the first seconds after sending and while you are viewing the email in Gmail are not counted.
Link click tracking (Pro)
Web links (http/https) — websites, Google Drive, Dropbox, Calendly, Zoom and more — are wrapped so a click is recorded and the person is sent straight to the real page. mailto:/tel: links and direct attachments are not tracked; share PDFs as a cloud link to see who opened them.
Notifications
Free: live alerts inside the dashboard. Pro/Lifetime: desktop push alerts (even when the site is closed), email alerts and click alerts. Turn them on under Notifications and allow notifications in your browser.

Multiple Gmail accounts
One Mail Tracker login covers every Gmail in the browser. Each email is filed under the Gmail address that sent it.
